Mr and Mrs RoscoeCase Studies
Mr and Mrs Pull contacted BG Construction to help with the demolition of their bungalow and building of their new property. They wanted a new build home that was eco-friendly, with open plan spaces, that would be low maintenance.
Mr and Mrs Lamport decided to move from London and build an inspirational modern home for their new family. They had a large plot of family land that enjoys uninterrupted views for miles. To maximise the south facing plot they created a triangular-shaped property meaning the glass-fronted south elevation was the longest wall of the house.
Mr and Mrs Szczepanski wanted to renovate their home to meet their family’s needs. The build added a large extension and the downstairs area was completely opened out, creating an open flow throughout each room.
Mr and Mrs Roscoe engaged BG Construction to build a bespoke versatile garden studio to provide the family with multi-purpose space for either: entertaining, working from home, recreational use, or gymnasium. The studio is double glazed, has mains water, heating, mains drainage, CAT 5 cabling for wifi.
Mr and Mrs Freer had their house extended and fully renovated by BG Construction. We created four additional bedrooms, each with under floor heating; built a state of the art bespoke staircase; fitted an open plan kitchen diner; levelled out and built an expansive terrace; added a Hamilton lighting system and installed plumbing, electrics and window replacements; handled decorations and installed a loft conversion which houses a gym and a playroom.
House Renovation And Extension Mr and Mrs Coulston had their house extended and fully renovated by BG Construction. The side extension allowed for a new open-plan kitchen-diner with large living room and a new master bedroom suite, complete with walk-in wardrobes and designer ensuite. The front extension, above an existing downstairs room, increased the number of bedrooms to five.
